Circle of Life
I love this song, though it makes me sad sometimes. For me, it speaks of family, of birth, of aging, of the inevitable end. Both of my parents died in their early 60s. As of August, I will have outlive them in years, but they still complete my circle.

This song brings back special memories to me whenever I listen to it. Back in the summer of 1996, I bought my very own boombox and played Circle of Life on it for the very first time. I played it on full volume, something very unorthodox in my home but I did it.
That summer of 96 was really really special for me and I miss it dearly 😦

Yes, I agree, a beautiful but sad song. Just proves that beauty can sometimes have that opposite effect on us. A lovely choice, though, Marie.
