Thanks, Jane. I did love Egypt. Cairo was a mixed bag. Old Cairo and Coptic Cairo were great. We didn’t see much of the contemporary city except as we drove through it. The most notable thing about modern day Cairo was the extreme number of unfinished or mostly unoccupied residential buildings. It was are to tell if they were rental apartments or condos.
