I was in Cuba about 15 months ago. There are some classic cars scattered throughout the blog since Feb 2017. The classic cars are amazing, though many vehicles are not so well maintained. Parts are expensive and hard to come by. Tourism helps fund repairs. Many of the nice cars are used as taxis or for tours.

I like Cuba a lot. The people are lovely. The weather was lovely. I did feel a bit of a colonial. I just don’t understand US travel restrictions. We don’t mind supporting repressive governments in other countries, why maintain such a stance on Cuba. Sigh. Do go.
