Wow I never realized prickly pear had a pink flower. Just as well, as the plant has little redeeming features. They are a declared pest species here. Great photo composition, too. Thanks ever so much for joining in on Friendly Friday.
Thanks. I was surprised they were pink as well. I understand they are considered invasive in parts of Africa. I was surprised how many there were in Kenya when I was there last year.

It was new to me as well. I am staying in southern California at the moment and I have seen a few of them.
