The city of Valparaiso, Chile is known for its painted doors and walls. Street art is legal and encouraged in Valparaiso. And often signed, as on the left door. The city draws artists from around the world to paint both its exteriors and interiors. Unfortunately, some surfaces have been marked with graffiti.
